Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

This Exchange & Store Credit Policy applies to purchases made on https://lavishwolf.com, operated by DEERGH KANISTHA TO MADHYAMA ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED, India.

At Lavish Wolf, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. While we strive to deliver products you'll love, we offer a transparent exchange and store-credit process to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Lavish Wolf does not provide monetary refunds.

In case of eligible returns, customers will be offered an exchange or a store credit (gift voucher) of equal value.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

This policy is clearly displayed on our website prior to purchase.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable:

  • Innerwear
  • Accessories
  • Customised or altered garments
  • Sale or discounted items

Products purchased during sale or promotional events may be eligible only for size exchange, subject to stock availability.

2. Exchange Process

  • Customers must contact us at queries@lavishwolf.com within 3 days of delivery
  • Once the request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery address (subject to serviceable pin codes)
  • All returned items undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse

Note: If the product does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be returned to the customer and the exchange request will be rejected.

3. Store Credit / Gift Voucher

  • Lavish Wolf does not offer cash or bank refunds
  • Eligible returns or exchanges are issued as store credit / gift vouchers equal to the product value
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

4. Exchange Options

  • Products may be exchanged for a different size, colour, or another product
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or
  • A store credit / gift voucher of equal value

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on the delivery pin code
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

7. Quality Check

All returned items undergo a quality inspection. Items that are:

Worn Washed Stained Altered Missing tags or packaging

will not qualify for exchange or store credit and will be returned to the customer.
