Return & Exchange Policy

At Lavish Wolf, every piece is crafted with precision and care. We want you to love your purchase, but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and vouchers designed to keep your shopping experience seamless.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags, packaging, and labels intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (e.g., innerwear, accessories, customised or altered garments, and sale items) are non-exchangeable.

  • Products bought during sale or promotional events may only be eligible for size exchanges, subject to stock availability.

2. Process

  1. Contact us at queries@lavishwolf.com within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pick-up from your address (in most serviceable pin codes).

  3. After inspection and approval at our warehouse, your gift voucher will be issued.

3. Gift Voucher

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the value of your returned item.

  • Vouchers can be redeemed on any future purchase within 30 days.

4. Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item for a different size, colour, or another product of equal or higher value.

  • If the new item is of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a priority replacement or issue a gift voucher.

6. Important Notes

  • All items go through a quality check at our warehouse. Items that are worn, washed, stained, altered, or missing tags will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to you.

  • Reverse pick-up availability depends on your pin code. If not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the item.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
