How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with a tracking link. You can use it to check the live status of your shipment anytime.
How long does shipping or delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other locations: 4–7 business days
International deliveries: 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during festivals, national holidays, or promotional periods.
How do I request a return or exchange?
We offer an easy 3-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
You can initiate an exchange by contacting our Customer Care Team at queries@lavishwolf.com
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup and issue a gift voucher once the item passes quality check.
Please note: We do not offer cash refunds — only gift-vouchers.
How can I find my perfect size?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you choose the right fit. If you need extra assistance, our stylists are happy to help. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll guide you based on your measurements or fit preferences.
Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?
At the moment, only one discount code can be applied per order. If multiple promotions are running, we recommend choosing the one that offers the best value for your purchase.
Are sale items refundable or exchangeable?
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund. In certain cases, they may be exchanged for size only, subject to
availability and approval by our team.
What is your refund policy?
We do not issue monetary refunds. All eligible returns are processed as gift vouchers of the same value, valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes; orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our Customer Care Team at queries@lavishwolf.com
Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may opt for an exchange or voucher once you receive the product.
