Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on https://lavishwolf.com, operated by DEERGH KANISTHA TO MADHYAMA ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED, India.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy (Store Credit / Gift Voucher Only)

Lavish Wolf does not offer cash, bank, or original-payment-method refunds.

Eligible returns are issued only in the form of store credit / gift vouchers, equivalent to the product value.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

2. Eligibility for Returns (Gift Voucher)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

Products that fail quality inspection (used, damaged, altered, or missing tags) will be returned to the customer and no gift voucher will be issued.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or gift voucher:

  • Customised or altered garments

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted products

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped

  • To cancel an order, customers may use the Cancel Your Order option or email queries@lavishwolf.com with order details

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

If a cancellation is approved, the paid amount will be issued as a gift voucher for future purchases.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A gift voucher of equal value

No additional charges will apply.

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your delivery pin code

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items
