Important Note

Lavish Wolf does not provide monetary refunds. In case of eligible returns, customers will be offered an exchange or a store credit (gift voucher) of equal value. Store credit will be issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection. This policy is clearly displayed on our website prior to purchase.

1. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash or bank refunds for returned items.

All eligible returns will be issued as gift vouchers equal to the value of the product. These vouchers can be redeemed on any future purchase within 30 days from the date of issue.

Note: Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be encashed.

Eligibility for Refunds (as Gift Voucher):

  • The product must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • It should be unused, unwashed, unworn, and must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products that fail the quality inspection (worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags) will be returned to the customer without any gift voucher.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Customised or altered garments
  • Accessories
  • Sale or discounted products

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.

To cancel, you can do so directly by filling our Cancel Your Order form or please email us at queries@lavishwolf.com with your order details.

Important: Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

In case of a successful cancellation, the amount paid will be converted into gift-voucher for future purchases.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at queries@lavishwolf.com with images and order details.

After verification, we will offer an exchange or gift-voucher of the same value at no additional cost.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (Gift Voucher)

If you haven't received your gift-voucher within 7–10 business days of approval:

  • Please check your registered email (including the spam folder).
  • If the issue persists, contact our Customer Care Team at queries@lavishwolf.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

5. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code. If unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the item.
  • Gift-voucher once issued cannot be reversed or exchanged for cash.
